The company also announced a second interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share for FY27. The record date is October 14, 2026, while the payment date is October 30, 2026.

TCS added more than 4,000 employees during the quarter, taking its workforce to 598,056. IT services attrition over the last 12 months stood at 13.3%.

With TCS AI revenue now above $3 billion on an annualised basis, the company is positioning AI-led transformation as a key growth area while continuing to focus on its traditional technology services business.
